The word "yoga" means unity of body, mind and soul. yoga helps us to deal better with the stresses, conflicts and problems of everyday life. Yoga can be practiced by anyone, no matter how old or young they are, regardless of their mobility or world view. A harmoniously coordinated movement and relaxation program from Hatha Yoga enables you to find inner peace and beginners, returnees and advanced practitioners are all welcome.
