Talblick-Balance is a specially developed holistic wellness program for our Black Forest region.
The content is deacidification with products typical of the Black Forest; alkaline nutrition, sporting exercise, relaxation, as well as socio-cultural experiences are in the foreground.

You will enjoy the Talblick Balance alkaline cure! Our Balance Team has put together many supportive treatments for you and is at your disposal with help and advice. Arrival and departure Sunday.
- The Acidosana® deacidifying massages are made with high-quality spruce needle or elderflower oil.
- Our kitchen team will prepare a delicious Talblick- Balance menu with base-surplus delicacies for you every day.
- All foods on the breakfast buffet that have a positive effect on the alkaline balance are labeled by us.
- We recommend drinking plenty of herbal tea and at least 1.5 times the amount of pure water.
- Daily sauna sessions support the detoxification of the body. Here, too, you will find many useful tips from our Balance team.
- During your health vacation, please participate in all sports and activities that we offer in the weekly program.
